I made this using Manga Studio and wrote a review of the software. It's a pretty good art program that doesn't take a genius to figure out--plus it's fun! I highly recommend at least testing out the trial version, just to give it a chance. By no means are my Photoshop days over, but I'm certainly planning to make more use of Manga Studio in the future.
